One night I heard Strange noises outside my house. I quickly turn all the lights on. I went out side "hello" I said. I felt something blow my shoulder unless it was the wind. I go back inside and shut the door. Suddenly I hear someone knocking on the door. I open the door and no one is there. So I go for a walk down the road and I see a shadow slowly creeping into the mist. "Come back here" i said. I chased after it I was lost. I tried to find my way back home. "LOUD SCREAM" "where am I" I wake up next to a tree oh no i'm stuck my back is tied against the tree. I see the shadow walking towards me Its holding a machete can that be who i think it is. Too be continued...

The weekend

On Friday after school me and my friends went to the disco. The disco started at 6:30 and ended at 8:30. There was some stuff on sale like hot dogs, burgers, lollies and drinks. On Saturday my niece had her 1st birthday. We all had it at the Otiria rugby club. There was lots of fun things to do. At the end we all got to play some games like pin the tale and stuff. On Sunday I went with my uncle to the wananga at Matawaia marae. We learnt a new haka and done some mau rakau. After we done all that we went for a ride to Morewa school and played some Basketball.

Room 5 and 6 assembly

Hi guys we just finished having morning tea. Before morning tea we had our assembly. We had lots of fun doing this.

The easy thing was the dance.
The hard thing was making the mask. The mask are day of the dead mask.
My favorite thing was the dance.

The maze

We are learning to give directions in Maori.
The directions are go straight, go up, go down and stop.
Our task was to complete the maze with my eyes closed. my friend was by me saying the directions.
I found this funny because my friend was mostly trying to make me crash into the walls.
My next step is to do more harder ones then this one.

Sports day

Last term on the last day we had a sports day at school. The sports were soccer, rugby and netball. The soccer people were down on the junior field. the rugby people were across the road on the rugby field. The netball people were on the netball court. The sport I chose was soccer but if there was basketball I would have chose basketball. At lunch time we had some sausage sizzles and some ice blocks but we had to buy them. My games were after lunch cause the junior and middle had to do their games in the morning and after morning tea. I scored a few goals. My best goal was from halfway across the field. At the end we all went up top then went back home.
