My Holiday

At the end of school Friday I had to go on a wananga with my cousin till Sunday. In the wananga we had to row our waka around the Waikare river. We were out in the water for 3 to 4 hours rowing non stop. After that we went to Waikare school to have a little play around then went back to Waikare marae. When we went back we had a lovely feed and dessert then straight into haka practice to 1 in the morning. Then on Sunday we went to this tangi at Otiria marae then left to the college pools for my cousins 3 birthday. Then I had a family reunion down at this place called Pukekohe down in Auckland. We went down on Tuesday to Saturday. Then had to go with my cousin padrae to do some kapa haka at simpson parkin Moerewa. Then on Thursday there was ANZAC day and we had to march to the War Memorial In the Kawakawa. Then the rest of the holiday was just staying home.

Christchurch

The muslims were inside praying they didn't know what was coming.
The man walks in with his gun and shoots them until there's none.
 That was one of New Zealand's darkest days I couldn't picture ending
these ways. All over facebook yeah something went wrong.
How could one man have so much hate 49 + people shot dead and
gone where is humanitywhere has it gone.
He left christchurch with a mark that would never go away.
That why we all need to stand for long so
together we stand strong.

My Weekend
In the weekends my cousin came to pick me up for a wananga out in Karetu. We went to Ngati Manu to stay from Friday to Sunday. On Friday we had a powhiri for the people who were coming. After that we started getting into some business. we had to split into 3 groups and 1 group had to do waka ama group 2 had to learn a haka group 3 had to help with dinner. On Saturday we all went for a hoi on the waka.

No Ordinary Man

Hi my name Is Daniel ill be telling you about my life. When I was a baby I was just like the rest of you normal. When I was about 5 or 6 years old I was still normal. The night before I turned 13 i felt like I was being possessed. Later that night it I woke in heaven. I thought I was dead but the angels said i'm not this is a gift. They gave me option. Either go back home with my family or start a new life as a god and get adopted by someone. That was a hard choice I really wanted to go say bye to my parents. But instead I really wanted to be god so that was my choice. When I got back to earth I was only 1 years old. No one wanted me as their child. for a hole year. son the owner of this shop had to throw me out. I was left out on the street until some kind couple came to take me as their child. My parents who adopted me lived in this amazing mansion. they lived in a place called New York where I used to stay. when I was about 16 I went to Columbia university college. Around that time I had a fight with my bully he tried to kick but I his leg and clicked his bone. And used some kind of wind power and made him fly to the moon and back. After that I got expelled. When I was about 28 or 30 I was getting used to flying. Around that age I became the god of birds. I mostly lived in the sky for the rest of my life.

One night I heard Strange noises outside my house. I quickly turn all the lights on. I went out side "hello" I said. I felt something blow my shoulder unless it was the wind. I go back inside and shut the door. Suddenly I hear someone knocking on the door. I open the door and no one is there. So I go for a walk down the road and I see a shadow slowly creeping into the mist. "Come back here" i said. I chased after it I was lost. I tried to find my way back home. "LOUD SCREAM" "where am I" I wake up next to a tree oh no i'm stuck my back is tied against the tree. I see the shadow walking towards me Its holding a machete can that be who i think it is. The weekend

On Friday after school me and my friends went to the disco. The disco started at 6:30 and ended at 8:30. There was some stuff on sale like hot dogs, burgers, lollies and drinks. On Saturday my niece had her 1st birthday. We all had it at the Otiria rugby club. There was lots of fun things to do. At the end we all got to play some games like pin the tale and stuff. On Sunday I went with my uncle to the wananga at Matawaia marae. We learnt a new haka and done some mau rakau. After we done all that we went for a ride to Morewa school and played some Basketball.
